Pastor Travis was born in Elkins W.Va. and moved to Maryland in 1985. Where he married his wife Vicki. He felt called into ministry since he was a young adult. He is a ordained Minister in the Church Of God and together they serve as C3 Children Pastors.

Together Pastor Travis and Vicki are proud parents of 4 amazing children. Cody who is married to Kaileigh, Candace, Caden and Caleb.

Pastor Travis  is very blessed to have his wife Vicki serving along side him not only in ministry but also they are Founder and owners of Chesapeake Christian Learning Center since 2016. They love and value the lives of not only their children but all children. Pastor Travis also works full time for Anne Arundel Public School as a Mechanical Systems Manager.

They have a lot of hobbies but the greatest of them all is being with family. They  both enjoy going out on the boat, fishing and crabbing, and Pastor Travis also loves deer and bird hunting along with his children. They love vacationing together.

They pray for God's continued direction in their lives and they faithfully serve him.
