MINISTRIES
Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that we have be created to do good works. In fact, God has placed us in our local church in order that we might be edified (built up) so that we might work for and serve Him. To remain sedentary is to neglect God’s very purpose for our salvation. By serving, I behave like Jesus and glorify Him.
C3 offers multifarious opportunities to whisper "I love you" into the ear of the Lord by serving in ministry!
C3 Young Adult Ministry is a gathering of young adults ages 18-30 that meet every Thursday evening at 7:00pm in the Music Room for the purpose of being inspired to pursue life in Christ. We do this by hearing from God's Word together, worshipping our Lord, and finding community with the body of Christ.

STRAIGHT UP YOUTH
Our time together on Sunday Evenings is at 6 pm in the Christian Education Building.
This is a time when we will be focusing on helping students wrestle through and answer the big questions in their faith and life.
Student Focus Groups (small group ministry) meets on Wednesday nights from
7:00 - 8:00pm, during the school year
(mid-September to May).
Students are mentored in worship and the Bible with adult leaders who help our students pursue life in Christ in a smaller setting than Sunday morning.
YOUNG ADULT
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
R.E.A.L. Women exists to engage women as they pursue life in Christ through equipping women to study God’s word, cultivating relationships that lead to growth, and encouraging others as we encounter God. Stay connected, meet new friends, and grow in an environment that fosters community through special events throughout the year.
C3 MENS MINISTRY
The C3 Men's Ministry equips and impowers men to live out their faith. Through reading discussing and applying the Word, each member becomes a better man. Our Men’s Ministry will help men Pursue Life in Christ by equipping them to be disciple-makers in their home, neighborhood, workplace, and church by learning how to study God’s Word inductively and personally, seeking knowledge of the truth for the purpose of godliness.
Striving to stand firm together, our Men's Ministry meet monthly for breakfast, worship and Bible study on the third Saturday of the month at 8:00 am. Our Men's Ministry is all involved in helping widows and widowers with small projects during various times of the year.
PRIME TIMERS MINISTRY
Our Prime Timers Ministry is one of the most active ministries at Chesapeake Christian Center!
Through Wednesday classes, educational opportunities, social events, and serving,
our Seasoned Adults find community, support, and encouragement.
Our Wednesday Focus class provide great Bible study, community, and friendships.
FOCUS Group Wednesdays at 10 am & 7pm
Focus Groups is the perfect place for you. We will gather for a time of powerful devotions, prayer, and lots of fun!
We are a church seeking to make life-long followers of Christ by extending the Gospel right here in our community and around the world. Our team exists to mobilize, resource and send our people into God’s world, to make disciples for the glory of God. Our passion is to see the gospel proclaimed to the ends of the earth and help every person in our church find a place to invest in proclaiming God’s glory. The last Sunday of each month we engage in a mission offering to touch people around the world with the glorious gospel of Christ and to be His hands extended.
C3 MISSIONS
ADULT FOCUS GROUPS
An Adult FOCUS GROUP is a learning environment which provides you with an opportunity to Live God's Word by "learning what it means and doing what it says" within a smaller, more relational setting at C3.
In fact, AFGS are a great way to live out several of C3'S mission and values.
AFGs meet at 7 pm on Wednesday evenings. They vary in age group and format, but all share a focus on providing their members with a chance to grow with God's people as they pursue life in Christ together.
MUSIC & ARTS
The C3 Celebration Choir leads majestic worship every Sunday morning at 8:30 and 10:15 am in the church sanctuary. This group is made up of unpaid volunteers who have the heart to serve, love the Lord, and are committed to using their talents to praise His name each week in song.

Partnering with Parents in the spiritual development of their boys as we inspire each child to Pursue Life in Christ. We prioritize age-appropriate engagement in God's Word to inspire a lifelong passion for God. C3 Boy's Clubs have activities designed to foster life long relationships with friends and Jesus Christ!
